I was installing the Keychest agent on 3 of our clients and saw this msg when trying to get the Agent ID. Please advise what needs to be done, We could set up a call too If that’s needed. PS C:\Program Files\Keychest\keychest_1_4_2> .\keychest.exe --getid

check the log messages above, and if required, send the logs to our support: support@keychest.net
----------------
It usually means that there is no outbound connection allowed from the server where you've installed the agent.
Check folder:
C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\.keychest\var\log\keychest
... this folder should contain a log file
and either check for errors or email the log file back to us at
support@keychest.net - or to your account manager/contact.
If the log file is empty, it is possible that the agent hasn't started correctly as a Microsoft Windows service. You may therefore want to restart it:
.\keychest.exe stop
.\keychest.exe start
If there is content in the log file, the agent (Windows service) is running. Another indication of the service being stopped is that the command with "--getid" parameter returns a "can't connect".
